Archaeologists believe in to belong to Yangshao culture of the Neolithic Age. Today a museum has been built over the excavated ruins that cover some 10,000 square meters. Visitors can see the remains of house plans, sites of domestic animal sheds, pottery kilns and graves. More than 10,000 tools, utensils and other relics are also on display.
