Remove the stems of the mushrooms and rinse, season in sauce till flavoured, and transfer to a plate.
Make a mash out of the chicken mince, shape into cakes, place on the mushrooms.
Beat the egg and fry into a pancake, cut into slices then into coin holes.
Put the "holes" on the chicken cakes, steam till done, then remove.
Boil clear chicken soup, thicken, pour over the "coins".
