500g firm bean curd
winter bamboo shoots
mushrooms
fresh peas


Preparations
  • Cut the bean curd into pieces, soak in cold water, take out, deep-fry in 60% heated oil to golden
    yellow and pick out.
  • When cool, cut open the tops, remove the insides, add diced winter bamboo shoots, diced mushrooms, and fresh peas, close the tops, place on a plate, pout on hot sauce.
