Steamed Fish with Ground Rice in a Bamboo Tube

Materials:
1 live fish (1250g)
100g cooked ground rice

Preparations:
  • Clean the fish, slice and rinse the slices. Mix together seasonings, ground rice and
    lard, smear over the fish slices and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Put the fish into a bamboo tube, close the tube, steam for 30 minutes.
