250g pork fillets
100g mung bean sprouts
100g green peppers
Shred the pork fillets, add seasonings and saute in 6-fold hot oil till done, remove and drain the oil.
Nip the ends off the mung bean sprouts.
Season some oil with minced scallion and ginger, drop in the sprouts and green peppers, stir-fry quickly, thicken with cornstarch solution.
